*All submissions of promotional materials for the ISMI Symposium proceedings CD must adhere to the following guidelines:

    • Files for CD Proceedings are due no later than 5 September.
    • Acceptable file formats: Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), Windows Media Player (.wmv), QuickTime (.mov) or MPEG (.mpg)
    • ISMI is not licensed to include any media players to support your promotional materials. If necessary, you may include appropriate instructions or links to any required media players.
    • All promotional materials are subject to review and final approval by the Symposium Committee and may not suggest or imply company or product endorsement by SEMATECH or ISMI.
    • Should the sponsors’ submissions of promotional materials exceed the available storage space on the proceedings CD, available space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
