Registration Details
Online Symposium registration will begin June 2, 2008.
The registration fees cover meeting attendee's meeting materials and meals/receptions specified in the Agenda. Sleeping room reservations are not included in the registration fee and must be made directly with the hotel.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds minus a $45.00 handling fee will be processed for all cancellations made on or before 26 September 2008. After that date, no refunds will be issued. Substitutions may be made at any time, with prior approval. All substitution requests must be submitted via e-mail to meeting.services@sematech.org.
