Paul Farrar is currently Vice President for IBM's Semiconductor Process Development. He is primarily responsible for Unit Process and Photo Lithography Development.
He has held numerous business and technical positions in his 27 years with IBM, which include managing the DRAM and SRAM business, managing one of Burlington's semiconductor fabs and numerous process ME and characterization assignments.
He holds a B.S. and M.S. from RPI in Materials Engineering.
