Tom Cheyney
Tom Cheyney is editor in chief of MICRO, a business-to-business trade magazine published by Canon Communications LLC, which covers the semiconductor and related micro- and nanoelectronics manufacturing industries. He has been with the publication for 18 years and has been its editor since 1992.
Tom has more than 23 years of experience in journalism, publishing, and communications and is also a widely published freelance writer.
After receiving his bachelor of arts in international relations and humanities-philosophy from the University of Southern California in 1978, he served two years with the Peace Corps in the Republic of Zaire (now Democratic Republic of Congo).
Tom lives in Los Angeles with his wife Cassandra, daughter Brenna, and dog Shona.
