ISMI Test Service Provider (TSP) Qualifications Checklist

Certain qualifications are required of any company wishing to become a licensed TSP. Before you contact ISMI, complete the following checklist to determine whether your company meets the basic qualifications for applying for an ISMI TSP License.

ISMI is limiting the candidates for licensing to companies that are already established in the factory integration product and service solutions space, with high levels of knowledge and expertise in key areas. The questionnaire below includes the fundamental requirements and preferences. Each application will be evaluated on individual merit, including those where requirements may not be met.

1. Our company has experience in factory integration
2. Our engineers have basic networking experience
3. Our engineers have a high level of knowledge of the SEMI® Equipment Integration and Automation standards for 300 mm, including E30, E37, E39, E40, E84, E87, E90, E94 to the individual requirement detail.
4. Our engineers have a high level of knowledge of the SEMATECH Operational Scenarios to the individual requirement detail.
5. Our engineers have experience using the CCS Technology Envoy tester and CCS Technology Test Plans
6. Our company has the ability to present and discuss test methods and results knowledgably and objectively.
7. Our test service provider business is isolated from any equipment design or product group, or solution provider group. (preferred)
8. My company has comprehensive experience testing semiconductor equipment
9. My company is an established commercial test service provider (preferred)
10. I am authorized to make decisions regarding ISMI TSP licensing for my company
