Becoming an ISMI Licensed TSP
The ISMI GEM 300 Test Protocol provides TSPs with a mature, standardized, comprehensive testing methodology to quantify the performance of equipment software in meeting the SEMI® Standards and ISMI member requirements. This proven test method package can be immediately used by licensed Test Service Providers without need for customization or rework. The methodology has proven effective in equipment selection, source inspection, equipment acceptance, performance improvement, and the definition of purchase specifications.
ISMI tests have demonstrated that objective testing to known criteria and with established metrics improves equipment automation software conformance to SEMI® Standards and IC maker operational requirements. We offer this opportunity to third party testing service companies to provide cost savings for both IC makers and equipment suppliers.
