Abstract:  This document contains a complete set of transparencies used in Performance-
Based Equipment Training (PBET), a workshop developed by SEMATECH's
Organizational Learning and Performance Technology Department. The workshop
is intended for equipment trainers, technical trainers, and technical
training developers from SEMATECH and SEMI/SEMATECH member companies. It
includes instruction on effective equipment training; task and skills
analysis; development of training checklists, lesson plans, and materials for
specific equipment training applications; and communications skills.
