As you exit the airport, turn left onto Highway 71 westbound.
Follow signs for Highway 71 West//Ben White Boulevard.
Proceed west on
Highway 71 to Montopolis Drive exit.
Turn right (north) on Montopolis Drive.
Proceed through the first stoplight.
SEMATECH is located at the top of the hill on the left.
From Downtown Austin
Travel south on IH-35.
Exit Highway 71 East/Ben White Boulevard toward Houston/Bastrop (left).
Proceed east on
Highway 71 to Montopolis Drive exit.
Turn left (north) on Montopolis Drive.
Proceed through the first stoplight.
SEMATECH is located at the top of the hill on the left.
